The Account Executive is responsible for generating sales with new clients and managing relationships with existing ones within the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) industry. This role involves strategic planning, managing a sales pipeline, and working closely with the Global SVP of Sales to meet revenue targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Job Expectations:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the CPaaS sector.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met and to identify upsell opportunities.
- Conduct research to understand the specific needs of clients and prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the CPaaS industry.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of over-achieving quotas. Experience in the technology or CPaaS industry preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
