Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Manager role based in Accra. The Brand Manager will oversee brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across all channels, ensuring consistency with the company’s values and market strategy. Responsibilities include developing and executing brand and marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with sales and product teams to support market growth. The role involves monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine brand strategy and identify opportunities. The Brand Manager will also manage the creation of marketing materials, supervise external agencies or vendors where applicable, and track brand performance metrics and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in brand management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industries
  • Strong skills in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to guide brand decisions
  • Ability to develop and manage integrated marketing plans across offline and digital channels
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are an advantage
  • Proven experience using data and KPIs to measure brand performance and optimize activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Accra
