Job Description/Requirements
Reporting to the Regional Sales manager. Your objective in this role is to:
Drive sales & brand awareness of the luxury line that consists of alcohol & spirits within the ON trade markets ie (nightclubs, restaurants & bars) Responsible for promoting and developing the brands distribution & retail channels while maintaining the customer relationships Responsible for identifying key opportunities within the consumer markets in Ghana You are responsible for spearheading result oriented sales strategies and marketing campaigns to engage customer interests and sales activities You bring creative solutions to effectively expand your organization's lines of products by outlining marketing campaigns & organization networking events with business owners within the ON trade market Reporting weekly & monthly sales reports that include consumer & trade insights, competitors activity & strategiesThe Successful Applicant
You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brand Activator or Event Manager, preferably with a strong local knowledge of the alcohol & spirits industry in Accra, Ghana.
Proven experience working within the premium alcohol industry in Ghana is mandatory
You are self-motivated, resilient and able to implement effective sales strategies
You have a proven sales track record of leading distribution for premium alcohol & spirit brands within the ON trade market
Diploma in Marketing or Business management
Excellent fluency in English is mandatory
This role will require you to travel frequently within the trade markets
