Bm Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BM Marketing Executive to join our Building Materials team. This role is essential in driving showroom performance, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring strong market visibility for our brands: Twyford, Micasso, and Frencia. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of working with cross-functional teams to uphold showroom standards and deliver impactful marketing execution.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly showroom checking plans for all BM brands.
• Ensure salesmen, shop guiders, and showroom managers submit showroom checking/spot-check reports and approvals on time.
• Train new and existing staff on showroom standards, customer engagement, and display guidelines; review performance in monthly team meetings.
• Oversee showroom performance summary reports and manage incentive policies for sales teams.
• Coordinate with product teams to obtain product launch images, materials, and updates.
• Ensure new products are prominently and attractively displayed in key showroom locations.
• Manage marketing materials, display assets, and showroom inventory to meet brand requirements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on showroom checks, product launches, and overall showroom performance.
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or showroom management, preferably in the building materials or FMCG industry.
• Strong planning, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail.
