Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages to standard.
- Operate espresso machines and other beverage equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment.
- Welcome customers and take orders professionally.
- Recommend menu items and answer customer questions.
- Ensure beverages are prepared consistently and accurately.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
- Handle customer payments where required.
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based drinks.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, neat, and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Must be punctual, organised, and hardworking.
Working Hours
- Shift-based schedule including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary: GHS1,250.00
