About the Opportunity
We are seeking an outstanding Associate to join our Corporate Advisory Services practice, focused on delivering high-impact consulting and implementation support to public sector institutions, development partners, and private sector stakeholders.
Our work sits at the intersection of policy, strategy, and execution — supporting governments and institutions to design, finance, and implement transformative programs, with a strong emphasis on Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), institutional strengthening, and economic development initiatives.
This role is designed for high-potential professionals who combine analytical excellence, structured problem-solving, and strong execution capability.
What You Will Do
As an Associate, you will work in small, high-performing teams to:
- Structure and deliver complex public sector and PPP advisory engagements
- Support feasibility studies, financial and economic analysis, and project structuring
- Translate policy objectives into actionable implementation frameworks
- Manage discrete workstreams within multi-stakeholder projects
- Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Develop strategy documents, policy notes, and implementation roadmaps
- Prepare high-impact client presentations and facilitate workshops
- Engage regularly with senior government officials, regulators, investors, and development partners
- Contribute to proposal development and practice building initiatives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 3–5 years’ experience in management consulting, public sector advisory, development finance, or infrastructure advisory
- Exposure to PPPs, infrastructure projects, or donor-funded programs is highly desirable
- Strong grounding in financial, economic, and institutional analysis
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
