Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Property Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our property management team. The Assistant Property Supervisor will assist the Property Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations for our properties.
- Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Tenant Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Leasing Support: Assist in the leasing process, including showing available units to prospective tenants, conducting tenant screenings, and preparing lease agreements.
- Rent Collection: Coordinate rent collection activities, including issuing rent reminders, processing payments, and following up on late payments.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for properties, liaising with vendors, contractors, and in-house maintenance staff to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Tenant Communication: Communicate important information to tenants, such as upcoming maintenance schedules, property policies, and community events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tenant communications, maintenance activities, leasing agreements, and financial transactions.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Property Supervisor, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in property management or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
