Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Actress role based in Accra. The Actress will perform voice and, where applicable, live-action roles for animated and mixed-media projects, interpreting scripts, developing characters, and delivering emotionally engaging performances. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending rehearsals, recording sessions, table reads, and production meetings, as well as taking direction from directors and producers to refine timing, tone, and characterization. The role involves collaborating closely with casting teams, writers, animators, and sound engineers, and may include participation in promotional activities such as trailers, social media content, or live events. The Actress is expected to maintain professional conduct on set, be punctual, and adapt quickly to script revisions and creative feedback.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Acting and Drama skills, including character development, script interpretation, and consistent performance across multiple takes.
• Candidates should possess Music-related abilities such as vocal control, rhythm, and, where needed, singing or musical performance for character roles.
• Candidates should possess awareness of Casting processes, including audition preparation, self-tape recording, and working collaboratively with casting directors.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Film Production environments, including on-set etiquette, working with directors and crew, and understanding basic production workflows.
• Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills, clear diction, and the ability to perform in English and, if applicable, additional languages commonly used in Accra.
• Candidates should possess strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work effectively in a creative team.
• Candidates should possess reliability and time-management skills, including punctual attendance at rehearsals, recordings, and production meetings.
• Formal training in acting, theater, performing arts, or related fields, as well as prior experience in voice acting, stage, film, or television, will be beneficial.
