Job descriptions & requirements
Requirements:
- Complete ACCA qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years and relevant working experience.
- Proven experience managing and supervising an accounting team.
- Ability to manage branch accounts and multi-location accounting operations.
- Proficiency in IT, ERP systems, QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and internal controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and organisational skills.
- High integrity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the accounting team at the Head Office and branches.
- Manage and monitor branch accounts and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements and consolidated management reports.
- Monitor income, expenditure, cash flow and budgets.
- Ensure proper reconciliations and effective financial controls.
- Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
- Drive effective use of ERP and accounting software.
- Provide accurate financial reports to Management.
