While focusing on selling our branded content solutions, you will help drive new account growth and collaborate with brands across a wide swath of verticals. A successful Account Director will build relationships cross functionally, will live the RetailMeNot core values, and have a real passion for client success!

Job Description/Requirements
- Build relationships with media agencies and clients within assigned book of business
- Understand & effectively communicate the value of RMN products such as The Real Deal blog, influencers, and social activations
- Summarize and present benefits of strategic partnership & marketing initiatives to merchants
- Achieve quarterly revenue and business line targets
- Prospect for new business relationships
- Manage complete sales cycle process for all assigned accounts within your assigned book of business
- Forecast & track activity within Salesforce & other CRM tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RetailMeNot teams to provide product & competitive insights as well as achieve goals for your assigned book of business
- Minimum 3 years of experience required in online media sales, digital sales experience, account management or business development
- Existing agency and client relationships
- Sales professional with a proven track record of driving and creating marketing relationships with both agencies and clients
- Solid understanding of the Content, Data, Influencer, and Programmatic markets
- Understanding measurement standards in the digital space such as viewability and ad verification and of data-driven sales opportunities via DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, and Trading Desks
- Ability to assess markets, customers, competitors, and prospects by uncovering and understanding opportunities, needs, and challenges
- Expert knowledge of advertiser marketing objectives in order to articulate digital advertising solutions and structure integrated advertising partnerships
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative and a team player, working across internal and external teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who is energetic and persistent
