• Candidate must have considerable knowledge of 2G,3G, 4G technologies. • Minimum 4-5 years of experience on 2G,3G, and LTE technologies. • Aware of Huawei tools for scripts and integrations (i.e. U2000, PRM, etc.) • Experience on Huawei equipment is a must & multi-vendor is an added advantage.

Responsible for providing team leadership to a customer-focused team or group of teams who ensure customers are fully satisfied with the service received and their needs are fulfilled.

Handles and resolves customers’ issues via phones (inbound, outbound), emails, and online chatting tools.
