Gem Capital Microfinance Limited (GCML) was incorporated on 12th September, 2012 and fully Licensed by the Bank of Ghana (BOG) under the Non-Bank Financial Institution Act, 2008 (Act 774) and the Banking Act 2004, (Act 673) as amended by Act 738 on the 30th of October, 2013 with a License number 000261.
