Location: Weija, Greater Accra

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder with at least 2 years of practical experience to join our team in Weija. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks on metal structures, machinery, and equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•
Perform welding operations using appropriate techniques (MIG, TIG, arc, or gas welding).

•
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

•
Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.

•
Inspect welded joints to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

•
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.

•
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

•
Collaborate with mechanics, electricians, and other team members on plant projects.

•
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications & Skills

•
Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience as a Welder.

•
Certification or vocational training in welding or related field preferred.

•
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety standards.

•
Ability to work with various metals and welding equipment.
