Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuing and dispatching materials.
- Manage raw materials, finished goods and inventory.
- Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Sales and Logistics teams.
- Maintain proper warehouse organization and implement 5S standards.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize shortages, damages and obsolete inventory.
- Supervise, train and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with company procedures.
- Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Responsible, organized and able to work under pressure.
