Job summary
We are looking for a responsible, honest, and organized warehouse keeper to manage the daily operations of the Company’s warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing issuing, and recording goods and materials while ensuring proper inventory control and maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse.

Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods and materials against delivery notes, invoice and purchase orders.
- Record all incoming and outgoing goods accurately in the stock register or inventory management system.
- Organize and store materials properly to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to management.
- REPORT damaged, missing, expired, or defective goods to management immediately.
Qualification and Requirements
- Must be a Ghanaian
- Minimum of diploma qualification in supply chain management, Logistics
- Purchasing or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience as a warehouse keeper, storekeeper, or inventory assistant
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, are an advantage.
