We’re Hiring: Revenue Growth Manager, WAC Region
Are you passionate about turning data and commercial insights into sustainable, profitable growth?
ECCBC is looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda across our West and Central Africa Business Unit.
In this regional role, you will:
- Shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across multiple markets
- Optimise Brand, Pack, Price, Channel and Promotional architecture
- Identify opportunities to accelerate volume, revenue and contribution margin growth
- Strengthen promotion effectiveness and commercial investment ROI
- Translate consumer, shopper, customer and financial insights into clear business recommendations
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy and Data teams
What we’re looking for
- 5–8 years of relevant FMCG or commercial experience
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy or Business Analytics
- Strong understanding of FMCG economics and commercial value creation
- Advanced analytical, financial modelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or related analytical tools
- Fluency in English; French, Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage
- Experience working across multiple markets or diverse commercial environments
