Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement and public speaking
• Experience in event coordination and project management
• Knowledge of mental health issues and relevant education and advocacy skills
• Basic research and writing skills, including content preparation and report writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team-oriented environments
• Passion for youth empowerment and mental health awareness
• Background or education in psychology, social work, public health, or a related field is a plus
