Private Office Ventures is expanding its global commodities operations and is seeking a Gold Venture Partner to spearhead and scale our dedicated gold portfolio in Africa where the right individual is direct with one or more gold mines as we have buyers ready to transact on the right terms
We are looking for a direct, well-connected professional with proven access to legitimate and government-verified gold mining operations. This role focuses on building and executing high-value gold transactions through an authorised platform, facilitating deliveries ranging from 20 kg to over 900 kg weekly or monthly.
Important: This is a success fee-based opportunity with exceptional earning potential tied directly to successfully closed transactions.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for a highly driven investment or commodities professional with a background in:
- Commodities trading
- Investment banking
- Private equity or family office advisory
- Asset management or mining finance
Experience from top-tier financial institutions (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS, BlackRock, PwC, Deloitte) or leading commodities firms is preferred.
The candidate must operate directly with legitimate mining entities – no intermediaries.
You will manage and expand our gold operations in Africa, develop relationships with vetted miners and international buyers, and execute transactions through our Exclusive Gold Transaction Model, an initiative where investors may achieve substantial returns through structured, fully compliant trade models.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the Gold Division’s activities across Africa.
- Source, qualify, and secure large-scale gold transactions with verified mines.
- Develop relationships with family offices, institutional investors, and regulated seller networks.
- Structure and close gold deals delivered through government-approved channels.
- Ensure full compliance, transparency, and integrity in all transactions.
- Represent Private Office Ventures globally as a trusted and credible firm ambassador.
- Promote and execute our Exclusive Gold Transaction Model among strategic investors.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in commodities, investment banking, or related financial sectors.
- Verified network of legitimate mining companies and authorised gold sellers in Africa.
- Demonstrated ability to close large-scale physical gold transactions.
- Strong negotiation and investor relations skills with UHNW and institutional clients.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with a focus on measurable results.
- Must be based in Ghana or willing to operate full-time on the ground.
Compensation
This is a success fee-based position offering uncapped earning potential tied directly to successful transactions. Top performers can achieve substantial income linked to the scale and completion of deals.
