Role Description The Ushers role at eStars Concept is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. Ushers will welcome guests at events, guide them to appropriate areas, provide event information, and help maintain a smooth flow of movement throughout the venue. They will support crowd management, assist with seating arrangements, and coordinate with event coordinators, performers, and technical teams to ensure a professional and enjoyable experience for attendees. Daily responsibilities include greeting guests, responding to questions, providing courteous customer service, and upholding the company’s standards of appearance and conduct. Ushers may also assist with basic event setup, distribution of programs or promotional materials, and post-event guest support as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Ushering skills, with experience managing guest movement and seating at events.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating courtesy, patience, and a solutions-focused approach.
• Candidates should possess interest or experience in Performing Arts, with comfort working in creative and entertainment-focused environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends), and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail in following event instructions and safety guidelines.
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, or front-of-house roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
