Key Responsibilities
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic laws.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Basic literacy for reading, documenting deliveries, and using a smartphone for navigation or apps
- Proven experience operating a tricycle or motorcycle.
- Pick up and deliver goods to assigned locations.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time
- Load and unload items carefully to avoid damage.
- Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments, and routes.
- Inspect the tricycle daily and report mechanical issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the tricycle.
- Follow road safety rules and company procedures.
- Collect payments where necessary and issue receipts.
- Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.
Requirements
- Valid rider’s license (often specific to motorcycle/tricycle).
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
- Ability to ride safely in different weather and traffic conditions.
- Physically fit and able to lift light or moderate loads.
- Honest, reliable, and punctual.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Previous riding or delivery experience is an advantage.
