Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clients with detailed travel information and personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
  • Research and book flights, accommodations, tours, car rentals, insurance, and other travel services.
  • Create customized itineraries and travel packages for individuals, families, and groups.
  • Ensure all travel documents (e.g., visas, passports, insurance) are valid and assist clients in obtaining them when necessary.
  • Stay updated on travel advisories, weather conditions, and health and safety regulations for destinations.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Resolve travel issues or emergencies such as delays, cancellations, or lost documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and exclusive offers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
    • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
    • Sales-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Multilingual skills are a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel-related software.
