Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings (flights, hotels, packages)
- Advising clients on destinations, visas and the best deals
- Monitor payments and customer files
- Working as a team with the administrative department
Qualifications:
- Experience in a travel agency or in customer service (preferred)
- Good command of English and French
- Team spirit, dynamism and organizational skills
- Knowledge of booking platforms (bonus)
