Job summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Recruiting Officer to source, assess, and recommend suitable security guards for recruitment. The role involves sourcing potential candidates, verifying basic suitability, and supporting the recruitment process to ensure a steady supply of qualified guards for deployment.

Job descriptions & requirements

Recruiting Officer

  • Identify and source suitable security guard candidates for the company.
  • Carry out preliminary screening of potential recruits based on company standards.
  • Verify basic eligibility requirements such as age, fitness, and conduct.
  • Educate prospective guards on company expectations, rules, and job requirements.
  • Submit details and recommendations of potential recruits to the Operations or HR Department.
  • Maintain accurate records of scouted candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Support recruitment drives and mobilization exercises as directed by management.
  • Ensure ethical conduct and professionalism while representing the company.
  • Report recruitment challenges and trends to the HR Manager.

 

Supervisors

  • Supervise and monitor the activities of security guards at assigned sites.
  • Ensure guards report to duty on time, in full uniform, and properly equipped.
  • Conduct routine patrols and inspections to confirm guards are alert and performing their duties.
  • Serve as the first point of contact between guards, clients, and management.
  • Train, guide, and mentor guards on proper conduct, procedures, and client expectations.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and discipline among guards.
  • Report incidents, challenges, or absenteeism promptly to the Duty Officer/Head of Operations.
  • Ensure accurate incident and occurrence reports are completed and submitted on time.
  • Address minor client concerns on-site and escalate major issues to management.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly supervisory reports to the Operations Department.
