A leading corporate travel management company in Ghana is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using GDS platforms
- Book hotels, ground transportation, and other travel-related services.
- Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Ensure accurate pricing and ticketing.
- Resolve customer complaints and travel disruptions efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline policies, and destination information.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Amadeus GDS
- IATA Certification is required.
- At least 2 years of experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
