工作职责：日常口译：负责工厂日常生产、会议、培训及接待中的现场口译，确保中外双方沟通准确、信息传达无误。
跨文化沟通协调：协助外方管理人员与本地员工之间的工作对接，传达指令与反馈，协调解决因语言或文化差异产生的沟通问题，维护良好的工作氛围。
属地信息支持：收集和翻译当地法规、政策、行业信息及社区动态，协助工厂办理当地行政事务，为管理层决策提供及时、准确的语言支持。
任职资格：中文口语流利。具有在中大型中国公司担任翻译的经验，适应工厂的高强度工作压力。
