Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Trainer role based in Accra, Ghana, allowing for a combination of in-person and remote work. The Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions, assess individual learning needs, and provide tailored instruction. Responsibilities will include creating training materials, fostering a collaborative learning environment, conducting skill assessments, and monitoring learner progress to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Teaching, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development skills
- Training Delivery, Facilitation, and Presentation skills
- Assessment, Feedback, and Progress Monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learners and environments
- Familiarity with educational technology and virtual training platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field
- Experience in education, training, or professional development is a plus
