Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Accra for a Third Party Risk Manager. The Third Party Risk Manager will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with third-party relationships, including vendors, service providers, and partners. Key day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating third-party compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, managing vendor relationships, conducting risk assessments, and implementing strategies to reduce potential liabilities. The individual will also coordinate with internal teams to establish risk mitigation best practices and support overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, compliance, and conducting risk assessments
• Proficiency in analyzing regulatory guidelines and ensuring third-party adherence
• Strong skills in vendor management, contract negotiation, and evaluating third-party performance
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to design and implement effective risk mitigation strategies
• Knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is considered an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar risk management or compliance role is highly desirable
