Tele-caller

What you become a part of:
The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to promote products or services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, maintain customer relationships, and support business growth. The role requires strong communication skills, customer-focused service, and the ability to achieve assigned targets.
Key deliverables:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM or company database.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
• Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
• Support marketing campaigns through telephone outreach activities.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  

Essential qualifications, experience and skills:

• Senior High School Certificate, Diploma, in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, call centre operations, or a related role
