Role Description

This is a full-time on-site teaching role located in Amasaman, at De Bright Talented Kids School. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assessing student progress to support their academic and personal development. Additional responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, maintaining classroom discipline, collaborating with other educators, and actively participating in school events and activities. The Teacher will play an essential role in promoting student success both inside and outside the classroom.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and effective delivery of structured educational content
• Proficiency in Education practices and proven Teaching experience
• Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in providing Training to help students enhance learning outcomes
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field
• Teaching certification or relevant qualification required
