Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role based in Accra. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure that service standards and performance targets are consistently met. Responsibilities include assigning and reviewing work, monitoring productivity and quality, and supporting team members through coaching and feedback. The role involves collaborating with management to implement policies, resolve operational issues, and support process improvements. The Supervisor will also handle reporting, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and compliant work environment.

- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate daily operations, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to review performance data, identify issues, and implement practical solutions.
- Basic understanding of insurance or financial services operations; prior experience in insurance, banking, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and business software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and reporting systems).
- Ability to work on-site in Accra, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related discipline; supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
