Role Overview
The Operations Coordinator at AfroQuality Ghana Limited will be responsible for coordinating all operational activities in Ghana. The role involves receiving stock, managing stock using the ERP system, general management of the retail store, and delivering products to the final consumer by offering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
General Management of the retail store
1. Ensure the retail store is always kept clean, both exterior and interior.
· Report faults/issues which affect the maintenance of the space, follow up and ensure it is fixed and corrected in due time.
2. Receive stock/Manage Stock
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics team to ensure items are received in the right quantity and on timely basis.
· Ensure waybills are issued for all items received.
· Ensure items and stocks are inputted into the ERP platform and data inputs are always correct.
· Proper forecast to ensure that shortages are not recorded in stock.

3. Delivering Products and Customer Experience
· Items selected and paid for by customers must be properly packaged and delivered.
· Customers must be treated with the utmost care and reception at all times.
· Delivering exceptional in-store customer service and facilitating the packaging and delivery of purchased items.
4. Promotion, Content Creation & Merchandise
· Regularly creating engaging content; videos, photos, and social media updates- to promote the store and its products, implementing promotional activities, updating displays, and maintaining brand consistency.
5. In Store Sales
· Driving Sales in the store to achieve business revenue targets.
· Executing campaigns and initiatives to grow sales
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Good use of digital platforms.
· Strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
· Adaptability to change
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
