Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Monitor and manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate deliveries.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure proper inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations.
• Drive store sales and performance.
• Promote excellent customer service by training, supervising and guiding staff.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
• Implement promotions and pricing strategies.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and banking procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales, budgets, stock, and staff performance.
• Maintain all administrative records and documentation accurately
• Report to upper management on store performance, challenges, and recommendations.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Good organizational and decision-making skills.
• Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in retail/store management.

Working Hours: Monday - Saturday 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
