Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kumasi for a STEAM Instructor. The instructor will lead engaging STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) programs, including ICT, coding, robotics, electronics, and practical science experiments. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering hands-on workshops, guiding innovation challenges, mentoring students, and maintaining equipment and resources to ensure a high-quality learning environment. The instructor will also collaborate with team members to assess and improve curriculum delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching and developing lesson plans related to Coding, ICT, Robotics, Electronics, and Practical Science and Mathematics.
• Ability to teach creative and engaging STEAM concepts, including innovation challenges and arts integration within STEM subjects.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire students of various age groups.
• Familiarity with lab equipment setup, maintenance, and procurement for educational purposes.
• Experience in educational program delivery or teaching, ideally within STEAM-related topics.
• A degree in Education, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Technology, or related fields.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to fostering critical thinking and problem-solving in students.
