What you'll be getting up to:
As a Sports Trader Level 1-2, you will have a great opportunity to learn from experienced team members how to become a world class trader. Once your training is completed, you have a chance to play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our sportsbook offerings, ensuring competitive odds, and providing top-notch trading expertise. You will collaborate with a team of traders and analysts to make data-driven decisions and enhance our sports betting product.
Key Responsibilities:

• Learn how to apply knowledge of sports trading to manage odds, pricing, and risk across various sports and events
• Stay ahead of industry trends, track market movements, and analyze customer behavior to make informed decisions regarding odds and applying trading strategies
• Monitor and manage trading risks effectively, including exposure management, and adjust trading positions as needed to protect the company's interests
• Ensure our sportsbook offers competitive odds and markets that attract and retain customers
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize trading decisions, manage customer insights, and drive profitability
• Work closely with the senior trading team to improve your knowledge
• Ensure that all trading procedures are followed
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
  

Requirements:

• Interest in sports betting, odds setting, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability of being productive in team environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
