About the Company
A boutique luxury day spa in Accra, Ghana is seeking an experienced Spa Therapist for an international placement. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical skills, consistency, and a refined approach to guest care, who thrive in a calm, structured, and well-organized spa environment.
Role Location
This is an on-site role based in Accra, Ghana. Relocation support is provided where required. Successful candidates must be available to relocate in February or March 2026.
Responsibilities
- Deliver massage therapy, facial treatments, and scalp-focused services
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and service quality
- Prepare and manage treatment rooms throughout the day
- Operate within a structured, appointment-based workflow
- Provide attentive care to an international clientele
Qualifications
- Strong experience in massage therapy and facial treatments
- Background in 4-star or 5-star hotel spas or luxury day spas
- Familiarity with holistic spa practices such as head rituals, pressure-point techniques, or traditional body treatments
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Confident client communication and service skills

- Competitive monthly salary
