Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Tema for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media accounts for the company, create and implement comprehensive content strategies, schedule and publish regular updates, and monitor online interactions. Additional responsibilities include social media optimization (SMO), marketing campaigns, and analyzing engagement metrics to enhance online presence and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy development to create cohesive and effective social media plans.
- Ability to analyze metrics, trends, and feedback to optimize engagement and reach.
- Experience with content management tools and platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
