Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Smart Welfare Advisor located in Accra, Ghana. The Smart Welfare Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to clients on financial and welfare planning. Daily tasks include working closely with clients to identify their needs, creating tailored welfare solutions, providing education on available insurance products, and ensuring proactive follow-up to maintain long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the internal teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored financial solutions
• Proficiency in customer support and advisory services
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
• Knowledge of insurance products and welfare advising
• Organizational and time management skills for effectively handling multiple clients
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Experience in insurance or financial advising is a plus
• Fluent in English; fluency in local languages is an advantage
