Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom.
- Supervise and coordinate shop staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor daily sales and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organised and well-presented.
- Maintain accurate sales and operational records.
- Prepare basic sales and operational reports.
- Manage customer engagement through WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Support product promotion and sales activities.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism among staff.
- Report operational challenges to management and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, sales, customer service or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service skills.
- Organised, proactive and responsible.
- Comfortable managing staff, stock and sales records.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and basic digital tools.
- Ability to prepare basic sales and operational reports.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Fashion retail experience is an advantage.
Location: East Legon, Accra
Salary: GHS 2,000 – 2,500
