Shop Attendant / Shop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Attend to customer enquiries and assist them with their purchases.
• Promote and recommend products to customers where appropriate.
• Arrange and display products neatly and attractively.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
• Assist with stock-taking, stock monitoring, and replenishment.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Receive and account for payments appropriately.
• Monitor product availability and report low-stock items.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop.
• Work effectively with other staff members to achieve sales and service targets.

Additional Responsibilities for Supervisory Placement
Candidates selected for the Shop Supervisor position will also be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating Shop Attendants.
• Monitoring daily shop activities and staff performance.
• Ensuring proper cash handling and accurate sales reporting.
• Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensuring company procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Preparing or submitting daily sales and operational reports.
• Taking responsibility for the overall organization and smooth running of the shop.

Requirements

• Female applicants only.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Candidates with supervisory or team-lead experience will be considered for the Supervisor position.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good numeracy and basic record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work at Tseaddo, Flower Pot/Spintex, or Pantang.

Candidates will be considered for either Shop Attendant or Shop Supervisor based on their qualifications, previous experience, and performance during the recruitment and interview process.
