Job Summary

Auto bridge Ghana is looking for dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales for our direct-from-USA vehicle deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers (Auto dealers and Individuals)
• Promote and sell vehicles sourced directly from USA auctions
• Respond to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Assist customers through the buying process with professionalism
• Represent the brand positively both online and offline

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or at least a Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
• Proven experience in automobile sales
• 4+ years of Automotive sales experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of social media and digital selling
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be based in or willing to work in the listed locations
