Prixin Company Limited is seeking to recruit a results-driven Senior Quantity Surveyor with deep experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Conduct cost analysis and project valuations
- Manage project cost control and monitor expenditures
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor quotations
- Assess variations, claims and final accounts
- Ensure compliance with contractual and financial requirements
- Support procurement and contract administration processes
- Prepare cost reports and advise on cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related field
- Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration and project cost control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software
- Strong analytical, negotiation and reporting skills
