Role Overview:

Akka Kappa is seeking a proactive Senior Marketing Executive to drive day-to-day marketing execution across our real estate services. The role supports brand visibility, lead generation, clients/vendors engagement, and property marketing through strong content coordination, digital campaigns, research, and partnership support. The right candidate is organised, creative, commercially aware, and comfortable working across multiple projects with tight timelines.

Content and Property Marketing

·       Strategize and coordinate with in-house marketing team for end-to-end marketing of property listings: collecting details, organising photography/video, staging briefs, write-ups, pricing updates, and CRM updates.

·       Ensure team produces high-quality property descriptions, brochures, reels scripts, and web copy in line with Akka Kappa standards.

·       Maintain a structured content calendar for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Newsletters and Blogs.

·       Work with internal and external creatives to ensure accurate, attractive, and timely marketing materials.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

·       Stay informed on digital marketing trends and adjusts campaigns to keep them relevant and effective.

·       Plan, publish, and monitor social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and qualified inquiries.

·       Design and setup paid campaign and optimisation (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), including advanced targeting, creative coordination, and performance checks.

·       Improve website content freshness and SEO performance through keyword-led updates and new landing pages/blog content.

·       Track and report on platform performance using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush and analytics dashboards.

Brand, Partnerships & Client Engagement

·       Ensure consistent brand presentation across all touchpoints—online, print, events, and client communications.

·       Support marketing for corporate accommodation and relocation clients, including brochures, directories, handbooks, and onboarding materials.

·       Assist in managing partnerships (e.g., loyalty card partners, corporate collaborations, chambers of commerce), including sending proposals, follow-ups, and co-marketing.

·       Coordinate client-facing campaigns such as newsletters, announcements, and CSR initiatives.

Events, PR & Market Intelligence

·       Build the plan, promote, and execute company events: open houses, office activations, partner launches, client meetups, and media moments.

·       Gather market insights on pricing trends, neighbourhood demand, competitor activity, and client preferences to guide strategy.

·       Maintain a database of media contacts, vendors, and marketing resources.

Reporting & Administrative Support

·       Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports covering content output, lead sources, campaign results, and SEO progress.

·       Keep marketing assets organised and up to date (photos, videos, brochures, templates).

·       Support budget tracking and vendor invoices related to marketing activities.

Requirements

Education & Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, PR, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in a marketing manager or coordination role (real estate, hospitality, luxury services, or agency experience is a plus).

·       Masters in Marketing or an MBA would be an advantage

·       Proven involvement in content marketing, digital campaigns, and brand coordination.

Technical Skills:

·       Strong verbal and communication skills

·       Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for tone, clarity, and detail.

·       Advamced knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.).

·       Basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite or similar).

·       Website/SEO tools (WordPress or similar CMS, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).

·       Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

·       Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into next steps.

Core Competencies

·       A Senior Executive who is able to coordinate a team to achieve department and overall business goals

·       Highly organized with strong project management and deadline discipline.

·       Confident communicator (written and verbal—able to work with senior leadership, clients, and vendors.

·       Commercially aware, with interest in real estate trends and client behaviour.

·       Able to manage multiple tasks without losing attention to detail.

·       Professional, proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.

·       Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.

·   Collaborative, with a strong team spirit, but also able to take ownership and run tasks independently.

·       Strong sense of discretion when working with client and company information.

Nice-To-Have

·       Experience marketing premium residential or corporate accommodation products.

·       Basic photography/video direction skills for property shoots.

·       Familiarity with CRM platforms or lead management tools.

·       Event planning or partnership coordination exposure.

·       Social and digital campaigns consistently generate qualified leads.

·       Brand presentation remains clean, consistent, and premium across channels.
