Job Role
- Lead the implementation of AI use cases such as Customer Churn Prediction, Sentiment Analytics and Product Recommendation.
- Responsible for defining the analytics strategy and roadmap for Digital and defining the company AI strategy to position MTN as a leader in AI.
- AI evangelist responsible for educating the company on AI to ensure teams understand its capabilities, applications, and implications to foster informed decision-making and innovation.
- Work with various departments to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with IT and Marketing to drive the operationalization of Machine Learning models to drive value.
- Manage the development of customer segmentation models to support Mobile Advertising at MTN Ghana.
- Lead the utilization of machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Manage the integration of new data sources for Digital products and services.
- Work with IT to develop and implement procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Accountable for the development and maintenance of comprehensive dashboards and reports to track the performance of digital products and platforms.
- Provide analytical support and regular insights for all verticals in Digital (myMTN, e-shop, ayoba, Chenosis, Mobile Advertising, Digital Services including all RMS and VAS services).
- Provide in-depth analysis of digital product performance, including user behaviour, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
- Lead the team to conduct advanced analytics, including funnel analysis and customer journey analytics, to identify trends and optimize user experience.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to improve user experience by providing actionable insights on user experience and behaviour.
- Drive the development of user journey maps to understand and visualize user interactions with digital products.
- Design and conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new products or features.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and tools, evaluating their potential impact on the business and integrating them where appropriate.
Education
- A First Degree in computer science or a business field
- Google Analytics and SQL certification
- Experienced user of Excel, PowerBi and Access
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a digital organization or the digital/analytics department of an organization
- Advanced experience and knowledge of the main digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Experience with Digital Advertising is a plus
- Good experience with PowerPoint
- Experience working for a platform business (e.g. e-commerce) is a plus
