Senior Finance Manager At Mechanical Lloyd Co. Ltd

A dynamic and forward looking Company in the automobile industry in Ghana noted for its quality vehicles, quality service and total commitment to providing only the best in the motor industry.
We are looking for an energetic and customer oriented individual to join our team. We have the above vacancy at our Head Office. Preferably, the individual must be ready to assume work at the beginning of next year (2013)
Role And Responsibility Includes

• Preparation of monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements;
• Preparation and reconciliation of VAT payment report every month;
• Assist with Account reconciliation and analysis, e.g. prepared expenses, deposits, accrued expenses etc;
• Assist in the compilation of information for Company's Annual Tax Return;
• Reconciliation and review for completeness and accuracy of all Bank Accounts and Statements, Social Security Fund, Pay As You Earn and VAT payments;
• Assisting in the preparation of Annual and Mid-Year Budgets;
• Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Finance & Administration

Qualification Required & Experience

• ICA Ghana or ACCA fully qualified;
• Undergraduate Degree Holder; and
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
• Attention to detail;
• Strong eye for accuracy;
• Ability to work under little or no supervision;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills; and
• Strong IT skills (Intermediate level Excel and ability to adapt to new software packages)
