Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to develop big ideas and creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and broadcast media.
- Copywriting: Craft clear, persuasive, and original copy for ads, websites, social media, email campaigns, scripts, and more, ensuring it aligns with the client’s voice and brand strategy.
- Client Interaction: Present ideas confidently to clients, take constructive feedback in stride, and revise copy as needed while maintaining creative integrity.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior copywriters, offering constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative creative environment.
- Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform and inspire your work.
Brand Stewardship: Maintain consistency in brand voice across all platforms and projects, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Relevant Higher Education Degree
- 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or similar environment.
- A killer portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media and industries.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer psychology.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Have experience with digital best practices and digital content strategy.
- Are skilled in scriptwriting for video, radio, and digital.
- Love brainstorming in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Ability to speak French (Bilingual) is an added advantage.
