About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Automation Engineer to automate business processes using AI and intelligent agents, delivering measurable efficiency gains

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions using Python and Node.js
• Build and manage AI agent workflows and tool integrations using LangChain, AutoGen, or similar frameworks
• Develop browser-based automation workflows using Playwright or Selenium
• Contribute Golang-based components to automation pipelines where applicable
• Analyse and map existing business processes to identify high-value automation 
• opportunities
• Deliver end-to-end automation solutions from concept through to production deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure automation aligns with business objectives
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Automation Engineer or AI Engineer in production environments
• Strong Python and Node.js skills for orchestration and automation
• Demonstrated LLM experience: AI agents, tool integration (LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in JavaScript for browser-based automation (Playwright/Selenium)
• Golang experience is an advantage
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into scalable automation solutions
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement across technical and nontechnical audiences
