Requirements
- Minimum of SHS/WASSCE Certificate.
- At least 2 years experience as a security supervisor in a reputable security company.
- Must be between 25 – 45 years.
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Able to work flexible hours and under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security personnel on duty.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and client instructions.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain safety and security.
- Prepare daily reports and submit to management.
- Handle emergencies and ensure quick resolution.
- Liaise with clients and management for effective service delivery.
