About Classfeel
Classfeel is a young startup transforming how schools and parents stay connected. We give schools a simple way to keep parents informed and involved in their children's education, so no parent is left in the dark.
We're looking for a confident, persuasive School Growth Executive to bring more schools into the Classfeel family.
What you'll do
- Identify and visit schools in your area to introduce Classfeel
- Book and attend meetings with heads, proprietors, administrators and PTA leaders
- Negotiate and close subscriptions, and collect signed agreements or payment confirmation
- Onboard new schools by accurately entering their data onto the platform
- Keep a record of your leads, visits and sign-ups, and share a weekly progress report
What we're looking for
- Confident communicator in English; Twi, Ga, Ewe or another local language is a plus
- Experience in sales, marketing or education is an advantage, but not required
- Comfortable using a smartphone, spreadsheets and basic apps
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willing to travel regularly to schools within Greater Accra region
