Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Quality Control Officer to ensure that all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards are strictly followed. The ideal candidate will oversee sanitation practices, train staff on hygiene protocols, and work with relevant teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Check to ensure all areas are maintained according to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Liaise with sanitation officer to implement and maintain sanitation protocol including proper food handling, storage, and chemical handling practices.
- Educate employees on food hygiene and safety procedures, and chemical handling.
- Identify and address food safety risks by implementing preventative measures and take remedial action when necessary.
- Monitor pest control by liaising with pest control officers to implement and maintain effective pest management programs.
- Keep accurate records of checks on cleaning and sanitation procedures, as well as any issues that arise.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant food safety regulations and standards.
- Work with food production and maintenance teams to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree / HND in Food Science/Nutrition or related field.
- Experience Level: Mid-level
- Experience Length: 2 years
