Key Responsibilities
- First Article Inspection (FAI): Conduct the first-piece inspection during startup, material changes, or equipment adjustments; mass production can only proceed upon approval.
- On-Line Production Patrol: Monitor the production line dynamically to check real-time product quality, focusing heavily on measuring dimensions, checking for glue shortages/missing glue, and verifying correct material usage.
- Anomaly Intervention: Must be sharp, quick-witted, and highly responsive; immediately report quality defects (e.g., stains, deformities) and stop the line when necessary to prevent mass waste.
- Data Recording: Accurately fill out daily patrol logs and testing report sheets.
Job Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or above; must be sharp, proactive, and alert on the shop floor.
- Technical Skills: Good eyesight (no color blindness); basic ability to read dimensional specs and use basic measuring tools.
- Experience: Perferral 1+ years of QC/patrol inspection experience in a manufacturing plant is preferred .
- Work Traits: Strong adherence to quality principles; willing to stand firm against defects; must be able to work alternating day/night shifts.
